Do you require a deposit? If so, how much? When is the balance due?

Yes. We require a 50% nonrefundable deposit upon booking if your event is over 1 month away from the inquiry date. The remaining balance will be due 14 days before your event date. If your event is less than 1 month away from your inquiry, we require full payment.

We talked about decor for my event. How do I confirm/secure my order?

A deposit is required to confirm/secure your booking. It is not a booking unless funds are received.

Do you have a minimum?

Yes, we have a minimum order of $750 excluding delivery, etc.

How far in advance should I book?

We book up months in advanced. As soon as possible is always best to ensure we can allocate a time slot and have all necessary supplies.

I’d like to cancel my order. What happens to my deposit?

All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Please understand that time has been spent and supplies have been purchased or set aside for your event.

Do you have any packages/bundles?

Yes, we can offer a package price on balloon décor with backdrop and accent tables. For more information please contact us.

Do you have a pricelist?

Although we have a guideline we follow, we do not have a price list. Every order is unique and therefore every order will cost a different amount. A quote will be provided upon consultation.

What Area do you service?

We service the Entire Bay Area, CA.

Do you offer delivery?

Yes. Delivery is offered on orders that reach a minimum amount of $750. Delivery fees apply depending on location.

Do you travel?

Yes, we have traveled all across the golden state of California including all around the world providing a unique Balloon experience to our wonderful clients. We are happy to go anywhere you needs us to be!

Are your balloons biodegradable?

The environment is very important to us, the balloons used by Posh Balloon Studio are made from 100% natural latex-which breaks down when exposed to elements of nature.
